He came in silent to our cow calls, and hung up about 60 yards out. I could see him looking for where the cow calls were coming from, and I could tell when he saw the elk butt up the ridge. He walked to it on a string, and I released an arrow when he was at 35 yards. After the shot he even circled back to the decoys, and tipped over 70 yards from where I'd shot.
