Host Steve West is 38 years old and has been a professional hunter and guide for most of his adult life as well as host of the Steve`s Outdoor Adventures TV series since 2004.

He has successfully captured some of the most exciting hunting footage on TV today in places like Alaska, the Yukon Territories, and Africa and hunted animals such as grizzly, moose, elk, and sheep.

His travels across North America and around the world are shared only with the viewers of Outdoor Channel.
