Please include a note. Be sure to specify the person's name and zip code the decoy was ordered under, a brief description on why the item is being returned and if you would like to refund or exchange the item.

If you would like to return a product for a refund, the refund will be granted in the same form of payment that the order was paid for. In other words, if you paid by credit card, we can only refund the credit card the order was placed under. We cannot issue refunds or replacements until we receive the merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging unless previous arrangements are made with Montana Decoy.
