We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you order. We offer a 100% guarantee for defective products and will replace the item unless it is no longer available. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date for refund.
If you are not satisfied with your order, call customer service at (717) 566-1276 for instructions on returning the item OR simply send the product back to Montana Decoy Inc., 2420 Pine Butte Dr, Colstrip, MT 59323. Please include a note. Be sure to specify the person's name and zip code the decoy was ordered under, a brief description on why the item is being returned and if you would like to refund or exchange the item.
If you would like to return a product for a refund, the refund will be granted in the same form of payment that the order was paid for. In other words, if you paid by credit card, we can only refund the credit card the order was placed under. We cannot issue refunds or replacements until we receive the merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging unless previous arrangements are made with Montana Decoy.
